There are several ways to skin this cat. You can set up phones with the same extension on each phone and that is called Multiple Call Ringing (MCR) as opposed to most 'regular' DNs that you set up as single call ringing (SCR).

If you want calls to one extension (ex. 5555) to ring on several other extensions (ex. 3333, 4444 and 7777) then you need to be at Succession 3.0 release of software and you need to use the SimRing (Simultaneous Ringing) feature. I am not sure about the use and limitations of SimRing because I have yet to use it.

Hey S3k

Try programming the keys as MCR Keys

Key 1 MCR xxxx

MCR = Multiple Call Ringing

Your Standard Key would be SCR, Which is Single Call Ringing
