Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Option 61C CallPilot 1.07 I've been running some CDR reports and have noticed several times where users have long call durations to CallPilot voicemail. It seems as though that after checking their voicemail the system isn't disconnecting the call. For example, this is one line from the CDR report(Duration): Originating Number Dialed Number Date Time Duration 4669 4854 13-Jul 13:37 68 50The dialed number(4854) is an ACID for the CallPilot CDN. And as I'm running the CDR reports, this seems to happen regularly. Thanks | ||||||||
