Last night I was able to get dial tone to come out of both cabinets. This was a major acheivment for analog service in this switch. I frogged the Power Supply Units, moved one of two analog cards to cabinet one and the other card to slot 17 (away from the Fiber Receiver card), Powered down the system and unseated the SSC and Fiber Receiver Cards as well as many, many data dumps and a few LD 1's for good measure. Now, that I have dial tone I tested for transmit speed................ This still will only connect at 9600 or less. If no one else has any ideas, I am going to have to turn this over to a vendor who has ETAS access. I am tapped out at this point. I worked from 9pm until 5am trying variations of a theme and all with the same result. The MCK has a RATE TOO SLOW error at this site. I still believe there to be a power fault at the root. I just can't prove it.
