Model 873 and 874. I am specifically looking for installation and configuration procedures. I have the specs and ranges that it is looking for but, I don't know how to go about setting this up. Our remote user called and said that they are getting:

Waiting For Dial Tone
Dialing
Waiting For Response
Connect Sequence
Connected 9.6K (Connected 7.2K) Rate Too Slow
Disconnect Sequence Please Wait



when they try to call in. I don't have any manuals and I can't seem to find them on the web fast enough. Thank in advance for your help.
