We have agents that are trying to transfer callers to another queue and they dial the correct number but they have to wait till someone in the other queue answers before they can get back to their calls. Cant we just transfer the caller? We are on OPT81C, Succession, and Symposium.

Any help will be helpful.

Ok, so you are wanting to do a blind transfer, I can do this, not sure why or how, using a 81c CPP

Post your ACD and/or CDN profile. I'm not aware of a setting preventing the blind transfer but I'll compare with my own ACD, perhaps it could help.

Well, I found nothing relevant. Your ACD/CDN is quite as same as ours. However I can't find anything on 2 settings in ACD, and 1 in CDN :
ACD => OBSC NO
OBPT 5
CDN => UUI NO

Nothing in the NTPs about these, except UUI in LD96 (User-User Information) but is it really the same thing ?!

I think we aren't on the good way. Transfers works normally for others calls not ACD ?

I may be off base..... but, they aren't trying to transfer back to the queue that they are logged in to are they? That could cause transfers to fail.
