Adding loops to a trunk group

Haven't been here in a long while as I am no longer in the Voice area. There is no longer any maintenance for OTM and I am looking to find out what I have to do in order to re-install and set it up again. From my previous experience this was the support answer to most problems. There have been numerous Matcomsr errors and other errors when trying to run reports. I can't remember how to save the configuration for site settings and call databases. Any tips to get me started will be a big help

Will you be installing from a clean harddrive or re-installing over some residual files/folders? Would there be other applications on this server as well?

To save all configs go to "disaster recovery" (2.0) and do a backup, I believe on OTM 2.5 it is called "full backup". OTM will backup your configurations as a "zip" file. There inside the zip, you will find all your station admin, CPND ect. file(s)
Otherwise, OTM install is fairly straight forward when installing.

Let me know if you require additional support.
