Rep Power: 6 ![]() | loop or ground start We have users at a Help Desk who have 3904 phones. Some of their lines are the Help Desk extensions while a couple are their personal lines. Is there a way to restrict the phone's incoming call log so that it shows only the calls coming in to the private lines? It seems that the feature is set to record all calls coming into a particular phone set, no matter which line the calls comes in on, and that there's no way to change that. But I thought I'd ask the experts. | ||||||||
