Using lineside trunk cards feeding to an Edify IVR system. I want to be able to pass the DNIS information straight to the Edify system. Presently we're pulling it from a Tserver off of our Genesys system. I've been told there is no way to have it come straight from the lineside channels (which are set up like a 500 set). Can anybody help me with this issue?

Thanks,
MrClean61

Observe Question

Using the lineside card to provide DNIS won't work.

For my IVR system that requires DNIS digits I use a regular T1 trunk card (TMDI for my 11c), then use CDP to insert the required DNIS digits. I use E&M Wink Start to my IVR.

Thanks 116.

They're pretty attached to the line sides and they do seem to work very well except for that one drawback. I find it weird that they are set up like a 500 set and you can't pass the DNIS information like ANI.

But I thank all that have viewed this post and you 116 for your reply.
