Please help me. I have three users who need longer than executive length voice Mail
(I need like 10: 00 minute messages. ( in ther profile I have set them to executive but I think that's only 3 Minutes. Is there a way to make it longer or modify one of the message profiles.

Please help the big cheeze is all over my ass to resolve this.
P.S. I'm a Network Admin not a phone guru.

( if I don't come up with any thing I'm going to make them leave long Wave files in each othere Email and man witll that be ugly.. )

Also I saw a couple section on ther mermail profile for each voice mail box that had times in there voice mail profile what is for what?

You can give them a COS, class of service, of PERSONAL. There is COS 1, 2, and 3. If you assign them COS Personal, there are more options if you get your cursor to highlight PERSONAL and hit F8. Within this area you should be able to setup more options.
