When creating scripts in Symposium for an ACD group do you use interruptible messages? Or is it so sophisticated that it knows when an agent is available the call will go to that agent?

If the caller is listening to a RAN and an agent becomes available, the caller is immediatly given to the agent...

I just started to look at some call flow charts and I got to thinking that the RAN or message would play the entire time allowed, say 30 seconds then goto avalible agent.

We cut over on the 25th, all nighter.

I agree with Chas for GIVE RAN and "Open Voice Session" but for GIVE IVR you need to use "Interruptible" option to have the call presented to an agent before the end of the message.
