We just swapped out our T-1's for PRI's and when I make a call out it shows 9+ the persons extension for the caller id. We wouldn't like to show anything except the default from the phone company. When I dial the ACOD then a number, it shows up correctly. When I dial 9+the number is when I am having the problem.

What are your CLID tables set up as?

Do you have any E911 requirements as to what they expect to see from your site?

Only the Germans

The clid table was set up as a standard to display main listed phone number. DIDN, of course, was set to no. However, with this problem, I even tried turning the caller ID off to let the carrier send the caller id instead of pbx. Still the same things happens - displays 9xxxx (x being the 4 digit extension of the set). Circuits use to be plain T1's with another carrier; now they are brand new PRI curcuits.
