Location: OXFORD UK Rep Power: 0  | [PG-13] Talk about dismemberment!!! (For you Reuters fans!) Hi ALL I have an option 11 rls 25.15 s/w. The problem is Automatic wake up (AWU) has stopped working. It is set up correctly ie all extns have cls CCSA ,BGD terminal set up etc.. If you set up the wake up call from a extn dialling the FFC or via the background terminal . the system accepts it. ie you can view waiting AWU calls on the bgd terminal. but when the time comes nothing happens and the wake up call programmed disappears on the bgd terminal. I have initialised the switch but no joy. any ideas appreciated. thanks Dave | ||||||||
