Just a note, I can call out to 3 digit ext. via this route as well as take in calls directly into LCR (by sending 9, and 7dig. or 9, 1+10) the *8108 is an authcode for Toll and CDR. I moved the authcode to the sending pbx's toll inst and removed it from the rdb and my ext. started working.. strange being that from a local phone I can enter my auth code and still dial an ext. but whatever it works now.
