AH....k...did that earlier....The card (which prior to that stated all disabled) came back up and all shows IDLE, but the phone sets are still listed as Unregistered...OTM after refresh states "card not responding"
That's where I'm stuck.

Doing a Flash for VoIP--

I haven't gotten into the IP phons yet, but do they all require power? Isn't that a step backwards? I recall installing M8314's and they were a pain because you needed power..

Is the power a local supply or on the Cat 5 cable pairs and feed from a central location (IDF)?

Thanks,
CHas2002
PG,
Chas may have something with the flash. I recall when we were using the old 9150 we had to save settings by doing a flash. We could do that but it would disconnect eveyone that was on a call.

Just a thought.

WELL DUH!
Guess It would have helped if I jumped into the phone program (on the phone set) and made sure the IP info was correct on the set!

Something you lot said in the last couple of posts (flashdownload) made my mind click to look to be sure that the info to the set was still listed....it wasn't
Like most of the Nortel phones, when power/connection is lost for a period of time, it drops all the info...

Once I reset the apropriate IP address info, reset the phone set (after getting the ITG reset) it came back and was happy.

Thanks all for the assistance in getting my brain kicked into gear.
