While the regular questions/background checks will be handled by HR, I'll also have the opportunity to interview the canidates. What 2 or 3 situational questions would you ask to ascertain someones knowledge of the meridan product? I've got a list but am still interested in what you all think. Thanks in advance!!!! Rep Power: 6 Gender:  Country:  | incoming number names I would give him access to some manuals and ask him questions that he would have to look up to find a answer. That will tell you if he is resourceful. A good tech doesn't know all the answers but does know where to find them. That was my mistake when I hired someone. Once you have them it's hard to get rid of them. | ||||||||

Then as Twisted says, you could put him/her to a test in ACD,CFW or something like that and give him/her change to look up in the NTPīs for a solution. And see if he knows the PSWD. Lucky me I didīn forget to put "/her" in as well  :laugh: | ||||||||
