THE CLINTON ERA

Finally got the approval to get another set of hands-- Yoo Hoo!!!

While the regular questions/background checks will be handled by HR, I'll also have the opportunity to interview the canidates.

What 2 or 3 situational questions would you ask to ascertain someones knowledge of the meridan product?

I've got a list but am still interested in what you all think.

Thanks in advance!!!!

Jack

Thanks gang!!

This is supposed to be a 2nd level tech, so cabling won't necessarilly part of the job!

DD, like your thought process!! Even though I've been riidin the keyboard so long I'd probably fail your interview

Keep 'em comin' folks.

Time permittin' I'll share my questions later today.

Thanks again!!!!

Jack

I would give him access to some manuals and ask him questions that he would have to look up to find a answer. That will tell you if he is resourceful. A good tech doesn't know all the answers but does know where to find them.

That was my mistake when I hired someone. Once you have them it's hard to get rid of them.

I see the inflation has taken UK I thougt it used to be pennyīs worth
I was going to suggest some of the things colin has put in. Then as Twisted says, you could put him/her to a test in ACD,CFW or something like that and give him/her change to look up in the NTPīs for a solution. And see if he knows the PSWD.
Lucky me I didīn forget to put "/her" in as well
