Location: Chicago -- CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE Rep Power: 11 ![]() | 2nd Line Calller ID info sent is wrong NO!!!! If we are still talking about phantom TN's they are only set to DCFW. Are you sure that we are speaking the same language? What is your definition of phantoms? Jack __________________ Dogs rollover Phones hunt

Location: UK Rep Power: 6 ![]() | phantom no. config. ok , basically the situation i have is that they have a helpdesk ext. , that is dcfw to a hunt group number(on a phantom tn).........however , when they are out of the office at lunch etc they want to be able to call forward themselves to a mobile number. Is the only solution to put the helpdesk extension onto a physical phone set so thy can change the call forwarding themselves?

A ffc will definitely overide the DCFW until it is cancelled. Jack, give it a try and you will see.
