Sorry, :casstet: after re-reading the doc. remote cfw is supported on phantoms.

Yip... I discovered that because the virtual office feature allows you to log a phantom onto a physical handset. Whilst it's there you can active CFW and it remains active, overriding DCFW, until it is disabled again.

You can CFW the physical handset that's logged in not the phantom.

Yes you can remote call forward to a handset then HARD call forward the handset to wherever you want. but why don't you just remote call forward to the final destination?
