Hi all: I have 3 music routes: 2 from a radio / CD (connected to an amplifier), one connected to a PC. I have problems with reception in the server room on the radio, and most radio stations play advertising - so my client's music on hold advertises their competition! I've just changed the MURT to the CD player on my route 0 (where the PRI's are), now they are complaining that the music is way to loud. The CD player does not have a volume control, nor does the amplifier. Is there a setting either on the MURT, or the RDB or any other place, where the volume can be set? All the references I can find for volume up / down in the M1 documents refer to other volume settings. They don't want to use the PC for music on hold either, that is reserved for one of the call centres. Thanks

Phantom SuperLoop configuration problem

No, there is none, however you can put an inline volume adjust between your music source and your TN.
