This is a well know problem with Hot keys. That being if you have a 3904 or a 2616 with 2 add on's and try to program all the buttons with hot keys, auto dials (fullyprogrammed) you will get a error. If you manage to do it and try to out the phone the system WILL INI. You must null each key individually. The only way around it is by programming a HOT Speed call list in LD 18.
This will allow you to program all the numbers in that list and at the station you program the button to refer to that list & number. This limits the number of characters needed in the phone template and in turn eliminating the problem.
There use to be a patch that was installed to make the digital phone template bigger but that was eliminated when the HOT Speed call list was added.
