when nightservice kicks in , how do you divert certain incoming numbers to extensions?

By incoming number, are you referring to the number someone dialed to get to you or the number the caller is calling from?

2004 IP Phone Questions

I guess some more info about your system would be helpful. How do calls come into your switch? Are we talking about an ACD environment where callers dial 800#s that come in on your trunks and are routed to an agent group based on DNIS? Do callers dial DID#'s to reach individuals at phone extensions? Or do callers dial 800#s that simply go to a receptionist or auto attendant who then transfers the caller to a particular extension?
