We are running a mix of 2008s and 2616s, rls. 25.40...option 61C.

Key 0 displays the incoming CPND fine without problems.

Key 1 displays the called party's name plus extension and the extension of the party that is calling. (ie. Charlie Brown
5008 5032)

TDD and CNDA are in the CLS for the phone. What am I missing to display the calling party's name and calling party's extension?

Thanks.

Send a message via MSN to Pirates_Ghost
turn off DNDA (to read DNDD) or turn on MTA (current defualt is MTD)....(I recomend the first)

So you are talking about calls that hunt up the keys? Not calls going directly to key 1, right? You could always put a display key in place of one of the adl keys.
