I'm trying to set up a number for support which would forward to a cell phone - However I'm unable to set up call forwarding to an outside number. Any advice would be welcome! I also do not want everyone to have this feature...

Set up the MARP'd phone to fdn to ext 1234.

If your using CDP build a new RLB & DGT that dial the cellphone number then define 1234 as a DSC entry.

If not you may have to build a phantom 500 port that DCFW's to the cell number.

OPPS I misread original post!

Forget about the MARP'd phone bit.

Either of the other two ways will still work for you though.

Forgive me here. I'm relatively new to this. Is there a reason why you couldn't/wouldn't just build an acd that ncfw'ed to the cell? ...other than wasting acd resources that is.

That would be another way. your choice.
Phantom phone uses 1 TN
ACD uses 1 ACD DN
which do you have more of?
