Location: Space, the final frontier. Rep Power: 5 ![]() | We are staffed 24/7 and have an "operator" at all times. They are never to put the console in "night service" but they "seem" to make this mistake very often. The way the system is set up when they push the night service button it places the console in a "busy" condition. The do have a DID on a seperate phone right beside them. What load do I use to take their "night service" and make the DID phone be the one it goes to? Remember, I need all the help I can get! Thanks!! meridian 1, 61c ver25.40

LD 15 CHG NIT Cust# At the NIT1 prompt enter the ext # and CR through the rest. Next time they go into nights the other phone should ring. I'd verify how the other phone is programmed to handle busy and no answer conditions. Jack

Location: Space, the final frontier. Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Thanks!! That was too easy if you have GOOD help!! Now, when they put the console into night service, the phone beside them should ring. Removed the fna and all else I fould. Phone should ring until they answer it I hope! They might take this one off the hook.... IF they decide to do this... is there a way to put a 3903 there inplace of the analog set ( yes , change TN) that will automatically hang up after a "defined-period-of-time" so it won't be busy? Thanks again!!!! I have got to pound on my boss for some school!!!
