Ok Here is the situation. I have had the system up and running after some previous issues with continuous ringing on some of the TNs. It has been about 3 with no problems then this morning a BSD090 MAIN wass issued. Which from what I understand is a power fault in the Main cabinet following this one of the extensions started it continuous ringing nonstop. If you hang up the phone it starts ringing very lightly at first untill finally the ringing is at it's peak level. Shortly after the BSD090 there was a NWS401 6: -0 -2 which is ok because these two lines do not have a phone on them. they are not being used at this time. but what has me confused is the Power fault in the MAIN cabinet. There was no power outtages last nite. Anyone have any idea what this might be.

Ok in addition to this problem I have also just received The following

ERR 5306 401F 0410 (Telling me that a number was dialed with more than 10 digits in it)
TIM0000 20:23 4/0/0 CPU 0

I am still getting the BSD090
Following each and everytime the phones start calling themselves and other extensions (Ghost in the machine) At this point I am suspecting the main power supply in the main cabinet since this is what powers the phones and the signal lamps.

Any Suggestions?

Option 11c system with 2 shelves. Maint display shows the following

Exactly as displayed on the Maint display
----------------------------------
AUD000

BSD090 MAIN

BSD PWR OK
NWS401 6 : -0 -2
ERR5306 401D 0410

TIM0000 22:07 5/0/0 CPU 0

AUD000

BSD090 MAIN

BSD POWER OK
NWS401 6 : -0 -2
AUD000
AUD000
----------------------------------

This is the only thing displayed there are no other indications that there is a problem. Accept for a few extensions that ring constantly and if you check the line there is a (motor boating) sound on the line. As a reference point the lines ringing do NOT corespond to the NWS401 they are different TN's

I would start by running these test, If your problem persist then I would try and reseat the SSC card.

BSD0090 The program has detected a power fault indication.

Action: Check power monitor indicators. If there is a power failure but no fault is
found, the minor alarm lamp lights on the attendant console. If a power fault has
been detected and the overlay area is idle, then LD 45 is run in background. To
restore the regular background programs defined in LD 17, let LD 45 run twice
and issue the clear major alarm command (CMAJ) from LD 30, LD 34, LD 35, LD 54 or LD 92

Go to LD 135 and type DSPL. What does it indicate?

Ok, This is gonna sound funny but.. here it some info i've found out playing with the system and looking around

**** Hotel Setup ****
Card 6 Digital Line Card

Units 0 1 2 Console extensions 600 602 and 604
0 and 2 are disabled because there is nothing on them.
unit 1 is the main at the front desk.

Units 14 and 15 say (PWR)

I Hardware Disabled and ReEnabled Card 6
Run Maintenace twice and everything cleared up and is ok
Also Increased airflow in the room because it was a little too hot in the room

Right now everhting is running with no problems

However when running LD 35 and typing DSPL
It reports 81 and that is it

Recently since then I have gotten an IOD041
Even with this error everthing is still functioning properly.

What does 81 mean in the DSPL
