This is part of the system's self correction. It found a TN (station phone) that believed it was busy (being used) and switched it back to idle (not in use). No maintenance on your end is required as the switch corrects these problems on its own.

Certainly keep an eye on these if they become an ongoing event. Also take note of the entire BUG message. The hex coding afterwards will help your distributor track it down to a specific card or group inthe switch.

I recently had many of these and found that one of lobby phones was missing it's handset. This caused the phone to be off-hook.
