In CallPilot when you setup a Express Voice Messaging mailbox, that will send directly to a selected mailbox, but it only states the personal verification (the person's name) is there anyway to get Express Voice Messaging to play the full external greeting (other then recording the daily greeting under the personal name)?

I use to do this on OCTEL. So it should work on CallPilot.... shouldn't it?

I beleive if you don't record a personal verification, just absence greeting the absence greeting will play. This would mean that dial by name would end up spelling out the name instead of saying it.
