Rep Power: 8 ![]() | We have an Option 11C with Rel 24.24, attached to this system are 2616, 3901, 3902, 3903, 3904 sets. We're paying our carrier for "Caller ID with Name Display"; however, we have never received the "Name" only the "Phone Number". When I call and verify this with our carrier, they claim they are sending it out. Is the somewhere in the switch that I could check and make sure it's not a problem on our end? I seem to recall it being an issue with the 2000 phones; however, I thought the 3900 series would get it. Thanx

Rep Power: 8 ![]() | This is what I currently have for DCH. If I upgraded to 25.40 would I then be able to have Caller ID with Name Display? I don't have the NI2 under RCAP, it appears on the IFC. That stays the same, but as Jack said, you need to add NI2 to the RCAP field to tell the M1 you want to process this data comming in on the PRI. __________________ Fletch Avaya Emergency Services Product Manager Check out Avaya on the web at http://avaya.com Telecom Junkies 'Best of' Podcast is now available HERE at http://TelecomJunkies.com
