one way call on option 11c to BCM and lockout channels
Is there a way I could download a call pilot manager installation software, i have an option 11c with an IPE type call pilot running on 1.07, using a 200 type IPE callpilot server.

No. I have a customer with callpilot IPE but the thing is he can't manage it since he bought the callpilot without callpilot client manager software installer a refurbished option 11c.Is there a way I could download this software at nortel website for free or there is a keycode for that software which i need to buy ffrom nortel. The client wants to use the auto-attendant feature of callpilot.

There is no Software per say. What is the system running and are they using Symposium. Therr is a way to manage it remotely. I have multiple locations across the country that I can from one location.

Distributors have the ability to download CallPilot Admin Client software. You are going to have to talk to a distributor to get this software.

I note that you said that this is a "refurbished" system and thus remind you that the software RTU must be properly transferred in order to get support from an authorized distributor and/or Nortel.

Distributor needs to give you the client for a 1.07 Call Pilot. Not all versions of the client are compatible with XP.
