Only calls to 465-0xxx, 465-15xx, 465-7xxx, 465-81xx or 465-9xxx will go to the PSTN. All other 465 yyyy's will terminate as local extensions.

If your using a 4 digit dial plan the DMI is redundant as LDID with DMI 0 defaults to sending last 4 digits.
