HOW DO YOU TAKE EXTENSIONS OUT OF THE ACD GROUP?? THANKS IN ADVANCE.

if this is not what you want..then more info please..how are they setup etc

hi colin............will this delete these extensions from the switch or just take them out of the acd group?

are these acd's in a hunt group
if they are you will not be able to out them until they have been removed from the hunt group
if they are not in a group then they will be deleted off the switch
do a prt capture of the acdn's that you want to remove just incase you need to rebuild them aswas..

Goto LD 11. Find the extension, then out the type of phone it is, 2216, 2616, type in the TN the extension is assigned to. Note: If SPID is assigned to any extension ou need to remove that first through the CHG in LD 11.
