Hello,

Conditions:
On Meridian Option 11c
I have User 1 and User 2 with 3904 Phones.
User's 1 extension showing on User's 2 phone so he can answer call if User 1 is not available.

Task:
During the call User 2 needs to be able forward call directly to Users 1 mailbox on CallPilot.

Is it any way to accomplish this task?

Thanks!

Forward to user Mailbox on CallPilot

Push Transfer, then dial the Express Messaging DN, enter the mailbox number of user1 and connect. The caller will then be in user1's mailbox.

PBX Jobs portal is now up and running..

Yes. This is what we were trying to do but if you transfer and connect it will ring again again on User 2 phone. It is any way forward call to User 1 mail box without ringing on User 2 phone?

Thanks!

phoneguy2095 gave you the way to do it. I don't think you understood the response correctly. You may want to reread. It has to do with the express messaging # . This is the number you can callto leave messages right in a mialbox without a phone ringing.

Testing and stuck?

So, looks like I don't know my Express Messaging DN.
There is number you can call in CallPilot but it will ask you for mailbox number and password. It is good way to check messages but not leave a message.

Based on your replyes I suppose there is another DN wich will let me leave message to particulat mailbox. If this is true please let me know how I can find out Express Messaging DN number on my system?

Thanks!

I don't use CallPilot but, I would assume the platform is similar to MerMail. If so, then look at your VSDN and you should see something with the nomenclature of EM. The DN associated with the feature set, EM, will be the DN for Express Messaging.
