Rep Power: 6 ![]() | Hi, I'm facing a strange problem on Meridian Option 11c. Observe stop working automatically after few days. If I rebbot the switch then again things work perfectely but stuck again after some days of working. Only solution whcih I have is reboot the system but this is not the solution..a work around..or may be not.. What could be the possible reason of that and how I can address that. Rep Power: 5 ![]() | Reboots are OK for a last resort I would do this: 1) Swap out the phone, if that fails to solve the problem then... 2) Bounce the the port, if that fails 3) Out and rebuild the phone, if that fails 4) Out and rebuild the phone on another card, if that fails 5) Check the ACD programing, make sure the set is set up consistent with the programming i.e. SPID, SPV, etc..... 5) Then INI, the system....reboot is too drastic BTW do yoou have symposium too? | ||||||||
