| I want to program two 2616 sets to work in boss-secretary setup, in fact they used to work that way but the user asked to the former programmer to change them so the BFS key in the secretary's set not to show when her boss was using the phone, but now there is a new boss who wants it the normal way, I checked the programming and it is supposed to work, but I'm missing something like a Class of Service or something. Where in the NTP's can I find this? Location: Lou, KY Rep Power: 9  Country:  | I believe that your CLS should reflect BFEA or even BUZZ. Look in your Administration Guide under LD 11. Then you can cross reference in the feature guides for more details on implementation. rachelle | ||||||||

| It turned out to be a misunderstood service call, the above programings are ok, but the boss has two 2616 in his office and the secretary wanted to be able to see whenever her boss is using the 2nd set. which btw she could not see because ,although she has the tn in a BFS key the other set hadn't, so it works only if both sets have a BFS key of eachother tn.
