SECC software patch what does it fix???

someones just loaded SECC 4.2 without the software patch and it seems to be okay, although I've always loaded the patch NS040206SU02C...
so I was just being nosey, what does the patch fix or what will or will not happen with out the patch???

When you extract the SU self extract file (usually to C:\Nortel_ECS folder), you will have a readme.txt somewhere in the folder. The readme.txt will tell you what's been fixed in the SU.

A Client machine without any patch/SU installed will still work but it will have more problems/bugs than the one installed with the latest patch/SU.

Currently, the latest SU for Symposium Express 4.2 is SU03
