I'm trying to build an analog set with the same number as an MCR key (so bothe sets ring at the same time).

Any way to do this?

TIA,

Alex

Yes, I do it all the time.

On the 500 set key x mcr 5555
On the 2000/3900 set key x mcr 5555

The switch will make it "mix" automatically. Post back if you get an error message you can't figure out or if need more instructions.

Won't work for MCR, just SCR.

OK, I got it. Here's what I was doing wrong:

I was using CPY 1 to copy from another 500 set. For whatever reason, CPY requires a unique DN, thus the SCH3300 I was getting.

As TelcoHo™ indicated you can't put any kind of key on a 500 set.

CLS for the 500 set should be MCRA (Multiple Call Arrangement allowed). This is only offered if the MCMO or SUPP package is equipped.
