Under normal circumstances, there is no BUG message when you connect/disconnect a digital set.

CICS and the I-ATA usage

I know that, sorry for the bad explanation, but you can program the PBX to send a BUG Error if someone unplugs or plugs in a digital set and that programming is what I'm asking for.

Regggg -
I can't think of an error associated with a set being unplugged. I wonder if you're thinking about ASR?

Quote:
Set Relocation data
This prints the sets which have “relocated out”, but have not “relocated back in”. With Automatic Set Relocation the set's serial number, NT code, color code, and release are also printed.
If you do find this bit of info - pass it my way [this would be a handy tool].

I've gone through the entire BUG code list and I do not see anything associating with unplugged sets

Are you talking about the night jobs that run and audit digital sets that arent plugged in and disables the TN?

RE:

No fellas, about 2 years ago I worked on a 61C and a 11C (rlse24.)that if I would unplug the set, I would get a BUG code followed by the TN and if I plugged it back in, I would get a different BUG Code followed by the TN.....
....Man I wish I could remember the codes and I don' work for that company anymore....

voip question

I've seen a similar happening when logging in and out of Host phones (Nortel Virt. Office)....but I don't recall it being a bug code err....but there was certainly an idication of what TN was being effected....Can't recall, unfortunatly what the code listing was, however.
