| Junior Member | CLID on hard forward CallPilot 1.07 I couldn't find this information clearly in any of my documentation. Does a system backup or full backup of logical drives that is done on the Callpilot server backup the voicemails of users? I think that the only way to backup the voicemails of users is to do a separate archive backup. Is that correct? Thanks |

| Senior Member  | Help with new NCOS I always did a full E and F backup along with a Full backup and have had to restore from backup 4 times within the last 6 months and it has always worked.Always restore from the system first though. Not sure on the user archive but I just upgraded to 2.02 and it says not to do a individual drive backup but a system backup so I am going to just archive the users regularly |
