| Senior Member  | You know you're living in the 02's when: Hi again all...long time, no post so here we go. I have an antique radio (basic AM/FM tuner) with two line out RCA jacks. The other end of the RCA cables are stripped to bare wire and spliced (then taped of course) to a cross-connect pair that punches into my punch block. From there it connects to my amp that runs the speakers in our factory. This antique radio sucks and I want to replace it, but can't seem to find anything that's not pre-amped (not even at Radio Shack!). Just looking for a simple FM Tuner with a non-amped Line Out. Any reccomendations on brand/product? We may be interested in adding a CD player, but only if we could find a cheap one ($100 or less) that would work in this configuration |

Location: Utah Rep Power: 6  | Definity G3 & Intuity Remote Terminal Access We use just a walkman, off of the phono jack just strip the wire and connect like you already have, it's preamped, but no enough to do anything. It works really good, CHEAP TOO! Good Luck Kevin | ||||||||
