All,
I would like to start using phantom TNs for some extensions in which I would like to use DCFW. Can someone give me instructions on how to create a Phantom Loop? I understand how to do the Phantom TN/Set creation, however, am lost on host to create the Phantom loop.

Thanks,
Jes

Use the highest superloop number (in multiples of 4) that you can to avoid problems in the future.

Just curious but why not use a CDP entry rather than the DCFW method?

Jack, I did not notice your question early on.
I currently have two different employees using the same 500 set. The current user's extension was 6050. The new person wanted to take his current extension 6140 with him. I thought setting up a Phantom for 6140 to DCFW to 6050 would be the best options as I still need the Voicemail system to use 6140 for 6140 when 6050 forwarded to voicemail on busy/no answer. Would CDP have worked with his voicemail?
