Location: Houghton, NY Rep Power: 7 ![]() | All, I would like to start using phantom TNs for some extensions in which I would like to use DCFW. Can someone give me instructions on how to create a Phantom Loop? I understand how to do the Phantom TN/Set creation, however, am lost on host to create the Phantom loop. Thanks, Jes

Just curious but why not use a CDP entry rather than the DCFW method? Jack

Location: Houghton, NY Rep Power: 7 ![]() | Jack, I did not notice your question early on. I currently have two different employees using the same 500 set. The current user's extension was 6050. The new person wanted to take his current extension 6140 with him. I thought setting up a Phantom for 6140 to DCFW to 6050 would be the best options as I still need the Voicemail system to use 6140 for 6140 when 6050 forwarded to voicemail on busy/no answer. Would CDP have worked with his voicemail?
