Is there a way to lock the Auto Dial key so that the user of the phone can't change it?

Yes, it is called making it a HOTKEY instead.

I know with the 3900 series phones, you can lock the directory and redial list, but I don't know about ADL's. Post back if you need to lock the directory, it will take a couple of minutes to job my memory.
