Nortel Option 11 Question

I have installed three CO lines on an universal trunk card and everything works fine except that incoming calls on the CO line do not forward to the meridian voice mail, however, on key 3 I have a scr that does forward. What am I missing? Thanks

Below is a print of the phone—Also, could my problem be in ld 14 or ld 16? I have prints those as well.

There is no LHK set and HTD needs to be HTA.

Need more help-Option 11 Rel. 23

I am trying to have an external loop start CO line forward no-answer to the meridian mail card.

I changed HTD to HTA and set LHK to key 00. For the hunt prompt I was not sure what was needed. I tried both HUNT=000 and HUNT=70000 (70000 is the DN for the meridian mail).

Now the call will go to VMS if I foraward all calls by pressing the forward key, however, my problem is the external number will not forward when not answered.

My FDN is set to 70000, in LD 15 FNAT is set to FDN.

Also, the internal number forwards to VMS but not the maibox for this extionsion (50626)

What I need to do is to be able to forward no answer internal and external lines to the phones mailbox.

Thanks

Below is a print of one of the phone:

Twisted,

The CO does not have the numbers in a group. Maybe I am going about the task wrong. Is there another method to installing a loop start COT into the system for direct appearance on a phone and have the numbers forward to the VMS after 4 rings?
