Location: Missouri Rep Power: 7  | Locating TNs I've got a quote from our vendor, as a part of some other work, to upgrade our 11c from 25.30 to 25.40. Included in their list of charges is a 48 Mb software daughterboard. When I went from 25.10 to 25.30, I don't remember needing any SSC hardware updates - just put the S/W delivery card in the slot and upgrade. Is this something I should question further or is this needed? Our current SSC is a NTDK20EA. cab | ||||||||

Rep Power: 7 | TIE.... well i think u may be getting the screws put to you. if i am not mistaken the 48meg daughterboard was required for any version of 25 meaning u should already have the correct one. th only way to be sure i guess is when the upgrade is being done then look at the daughter board they are replacing but im pretty sure they dont have to be changed. __________________ WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH DIAL TONE??????????????????????????????????? | ||||||||

Location: Missouri Rep Power: 7 | cdr records I was pretty sure that you had to have 64 Mb total memory (48 Mb on the daughterboard plus 16 Mb for database). Just one item in a list of questions going back to the vendor before the final contract is signed. | ||||||||

Rep Power: 6 | Stuff if you have a nttk13 or a nttk25 d/board you'll be all set for the upgrade and will only need a 25.40b software delivery card(pcm/cia), and that is a 48mg.....maybe there is some confusion on the part discription. your dk20ea is also fine! [Edited on 9/1/2003 by rex] | ||||||||
