I have done everything to setup Activity Codes. Both in Sympsium and Ld 23 for the ACD Queue.
But when I enter an activity code, the agent shows in Web Client as Idle but will not show a Not Ready Reason....???
Any Ideas??

A couple of questions.

You said you did everything to set up activity codes. Can you tell me what you did?

Are you sure they are entering the not ready activity code correctly?

I modified the System Parameters in LD 17, then went to Ld 23 and enabled the Not Ready Code for the ACD. I added the Activity Code in Symposium and named then as well. I have not rolled it out to the agents because I'm still in the process of testing. I added the Activity Code key to the set as well.

I kinda stuck after that.
