The link posted by sigdog is for Meridian MAX. I'm not even sure that is still available from Nortel. I think they want everyone to buy Symposium.

There use to be a company by the name of Telecorp that had a PC based program that took the basic ACD reports and allowed creating different reports from them. Not sure of the cost.

Telecorp is just an example, I'm sure there are more out there.

MAX is no longer sold. I don't think that it is even supported.

For awhile we just captured the data to a PC harddrive with Procomm Plus, then I wrote a small VB program to extract the daily reports for printing and analysis.

If you have the money, Telecorp is still in business and I have it installed at two sites.

Could you give me some more detail on how you did this? We are not looking to spend alot of money for this.

Pretty simple, really. Basically, I just put a PC connected to an SDI port of the switch. I ran Procomm Plus (whose inventor just happened to be on our board :wink: ) to capture the data to the hard disk. I then periodically sent the text file to the Call Center manager who then used a small VB program to read through the file and look for the marker that indicates the end-of-day stats.


Do you know how to set up the ACD PRT ports and how to direct the output to them?
