I have an option 81c and they are telling me that the CDR is no longer collecting data. Can someone assist me on testing to see if it is a switch problem

I think the problem is with certain routes. In the route data block is CDR=YES the only prompt to check. and if it is set to NO. Do i change it in load 17

Verify that PORT 9 is in the CDB by printing out the CDB CDR_DATA
