M3900 Phase 1 sets (NTMNxxAB/BB) will work on X11 Release 24.24/24.25 or greater but only support Phase 1 features.

M3900 Phase 2 sets (NTMNxxEB/FB) will support Phase 1 features on X11 Release 25.08, and Phase 2 features on X11 Release 25.10 or greater.

M3900 Phase 3 sets (NTMNxxGA/TA) will support Phase 1 features on X11 Release 25.08, Phase 2 features on X11 Release 25.10/25.15/25.30 and Phase 3 features on X11 Release 25.40 or greater.

I want to make sure I'm clear on this; we wouldn't be able to use any of these phones on an Option 11C Software Release 22.16?

Thank You in advance

Cordless?

You will not be able to use any M3900 sets on an Option 11C running X11 Release 22.16 software.

Also note that Nortel has announced the End-of-Life for Release 22 to take effect no later than 1 October 2003 - time to talk to your vendor about an upgrade.

A,

How does this help if internal calls calls aren't being tracked?

How does this make a difference for calls from "the world" to these stations?

Please elaborate.

Jack

LIKE THIS WAS SO SMART, I see you like to repeat the answers other people give and maybe add one thing to it like your the one that came up with the answer first.
