Whats the MAX of the ACS

Here's the problem:

We have two tenants on our telephone switch that are suspose to dial a carrier access code (1010xxx) before they dial out. Problem is that we cannot see them dial the 1010xxx in CDR data. We were told that the 1010xxx was added in the DMI table. I have looked at the raw CDR data coming from the switch and not seen it there.

Should we be seeing the 1010xxx in CDR data?

If not, is there a way we can turn it on so that we can see the 1010xxx being dialed?

Other usless but potiental information:
I know it will cause some problems with OTM 's TBS (I'm pretty sure I could just give our vendor a call and get some support). BTW, we have a MDR2000 buffer box. Switch RLSE 25.30 Option 61C.

Try changing your OPD (Outpulsed Digits - Y/N) in your route data block for your outbound route(s). After changing, system will require an INI to make the OPD change take effect.

How could it be added in the DMI table? How would the switch know which tenant was making the call. Are they dailing say (9) 1010xxx than number?

Give us an idea of how they should be dialing to make a call.

E,

Rhack has your answer!

A,

You would add the 1010xxx as an insert within the DMI table.

CDR outputs tenant number when multi -tenant package is enabled.

Just curious byut why are ALL of your responses so ACRID?

Did I misread the Question ?

I know he used the word tenant, are you assuming he is using tenant programing?
if he is using tenant and you said CRD outputs the tenant number , than why does he need to see the 1010xxx code in the CDR records.

The user said the tenants are sopposed to dial the 1010xx first before they dial out, I'm tring to get clearifcation on how the tenants should dial a number. by having this infiomation I will be ablr to tell if they are using tenant programing or something else as I'm not a mind reader like some people. So if this borthers you please except my most humble apoligies and get on with your life. and again, how did your post help this user.

A,

Refer to my earlier your post.

All spelling and gramatical errors on your part aside, if I understood your rant "how did my post help the user" the answer is reffering him back to Rhack's answer.

If I misread or "mindread" into this I appologize.
