How to fight the taliban

I have a problem with phone sets taking themselves out of my system for no apparent reason. Here is the messages from the latest set:
CSC0010 60 0 10 14 D43341 NTMN03DA 70 05
SCH5524 DN 4062 NEW MARP 060 0 11 12

I have an 81C running Rls 25.08. The users phone is dead and there is nothing built on the original TN. This has happened on 2 other sets. One of them I rebuilt the phone on the original TN and it is working fine. But I notice on my daily routines in LD43 that those TN's show up with EDD106.
Has this happen to anyone else? If so, how can I stop the switch from relocating TN's?

CICS 4.1 FAX machine programming!?!?!?!

First off I would check what is programed for SRCD in your CDB . This is a longshot, but there may be a dialing string that the users are calling that coincides with your SPEE+ 81+ SRCD. that would put the set in RELO. you can find sets in RELO in LD 21
PRT/SRDT and you can out or chg sets in RELO in LD 50 MTRT

Thanks Gei,
That really helped. If I out those TN's in LD50, will that have any effect on the actual TN's in the switch? One of the phones belongs to a VP and I would hate to 'out' his phone.

yes it will have affect of the TN, have you tried to place the phone at another TN? If you could get the phone out of RELO without outing the TN then you could just use the MOV command to put it back on the correct TN.

Can't transfer calls to voiceamil

Hey Gei,
Just wanted to let you know I 'outed' those TN's without effecting the TN's in the switch.
Thanks again.
