Location: Dublin, Ireland Rep Power: 0  | Help Installing Symposium Exp client Hi All, im based in Ireland and i was wondering if any you guys know if Nortel or any authorised vendor for Nortel in Europe will be supporting Voice Mail after the September deadline Nortel have given. Is September the deadline for Europe as well?? Any info would be great. Tks in advance. | ||||||||

I was told here in Europe none of the Vendors will support it after Q4 - So scarred i was to hear, but feel a little better to know the support channels will remain open as i have 25 sites accross Europe to support. Distributors and/or resellers provide support to customers. Nortel will continue to provide support on Meridian Mail systems to distributors until 2009. The decision on whether or not to provide support to customers and under what terms and conditions depends upon the distributor/reseller. | ||||||||
