Is there a book or some other media source that I can purchase to learn NARS and BARS for the Nortel PBX. We have an 81c Intel. In the past I have set up ARS packages for Mitel switches but the Nortel route selection programming is totally different.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
MrClean61

Thanks Slagburn.

I know there's probably not much out there on the subject but anything will help.

Thanks again.

I took the class out in Ca. and it was 2 weeks long, my head hurt by the end of it. there was so much information that it was tough to keep it all straight. All in all it was a really good class.

The Instructor I had in Richardson was Joe Allen. He knew his stuff.I was there about 4 years ago.I don't know if he is still there.I enjoyed the class .to me understanding how a call is processed through the pbx was a big piece of the puzzle that I didn't fully understand untill I went to school.

p.s. how do you guys put someone eles post inside your post.I need a damn computer course.
